Validate/Print Bill:

Bill Validation is an online tool that enables ALL registered Taxpayer to independently generate a consolidated Assessment/Bill statement of Taxes/Fines/Fees/Levies pending payment(s) across all the MDAs in the State.

It shows details such as: Date of Assessment/Billing, Assessment/Bill Reference, Assessment Agency, Revenue Item Amount. The bill is automatically reconciled whenever a payment is made by the Taxpayer to reflect the current status.

To be able to print your Assessment/Bill Online as a Taxpayer, you MUST be registered on the ZBIR Electronic Revenue Management System (e-RMS) platform and issued with a valid TaxID/Userame and Password, proceed with:

Step-by-Step Process:

1. Click on the link “Click Here To Validate/Print Bill Online” at the bottom of this page, and wait for the “Taxpayer Login” screen to load;

2. Enter your TaxID/Username and default Password as 1111111 if you are logging in as a Taxpayer for the first time and click on the “Sign In” button. The system will prompt you to enter a new password;

OR

Enter your TaxID/Username and your new Password and click on “Sign In” button to continue;

3. Click on the Print Manager menu on the left side bar of the screen to reveal sub-menu;

4. Click on the “Print Bill” sub-menu under Print Manager;

5. Click on the “Print” button to make a printout of your bill.
