Validate/Print Receipt:

Receipt Validation is an Online tool that enables Taxpayers independently Verify/Print the authenticity of their Revenue Receipt, simply by entering the unique Transaction ID/Receipt Number.

Taxpayers are able to validate/print online copy of receipts as many times as possible. Never again your Revenue Receipt is lost forever, all thanks to the new ZBIR Electronic Revenue Management System (e-RMS) platform.

Step-by-Step Process:

To be able to validate and print Online copy of the Zamfara State Board of Internal Revenue receipt as a Taxpayer, you MUST have been registered as a Taxpayer on the ZBIR e-RMS platform, obtained Assessment/Bill Reference and made a payment at any branch of the revenue collection banks or Online at: www.zbir-erms.com and obtained a ticket printout/SMS notification containing the “Transaction ID”, then proceed with:

1. Click on the link “Click Here To Validate/Print Receipt Online” at the bottom of this page, and wait for the “Taxpayer Login” screen to load;

2. Enter your TaxID/Username and default Password as 1111111 if you are logging in as a Taxpayer for the first time and click on the “Sign In” button. The system will prompt you to change your default password;

OR

Enter your TaxID/Username and new Password if you had previously changed your default password and click on “Sign In” button to continue;

3. Click on the Print Receipt menu on the left hand side bar of the screen and wait for the validation screen to display;

4. Enter your Transaction ID as contained in the ticket printout of SMS notification in the field specified and click on the “Generate Receipt” button. The system will not display any detail if the transaction ID entered does not exist on the ZBIR e-RMS platform;

OR

The system will display full details of that payment if the transaction ID is valid;

5. Click on the “Print” button to printout a copy of the Online Revenue Receipt.
